I have very limited income, should id get liability car insurance or full coverage, if i get full coverage it will be harder to save money but covers the car if an accident happens, on the other hand if i get liability it is easier for me to save money but if the car gets wrecked im screwed, what should i do?

R:

What is the real value of your Car? If the value is less that $2,500 then there is no point i getting full coverage. If the value is more than $2,500 then get full coverage. If you choose a high deductible about $1000 you will be able to pay less for the premium.

But you should at least have liability coveragee or you could be personally held responsible for any bodily or material damage your accident may cause.

Also collision coverage is optional, but if your car is totaled you will have a problem, it depends on the value of your car.
